Your access codes and passwords must be safeguarded at all times -- you are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and are solely liable for their use or unauthorized use.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your registration if we believe that you have violated any of the terms & conditions of use, any of forum guide lines or for other behavior that we consider inappropriate.

Forums

You must register to participate in any forums (including message boards, chat rooms, user comment services) on the Sites, whether public or having restricted access, and must comply with any stated rules or acceptable use policy. No Medical Advice

Information contained in or made available through the Sites cannot replace or substitute the services of trained professional in any field, including, but not limited to medical matters. Jurisdiction

We control and operate this Site from our offices in South Africa. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
